Taikoo Engine Service (Xiamen) Co. Ltd (TEXL) is a Xiamen based joint venture, located in Xiamen GaoQi aviation industry zone and established in 2008 by Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd, Cathay Pacific Airlines, Taikoo (Xiamen) Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd. Xiamen Aviation Industry Company to provide aero-engine (GE90) repair and overhaul services in the Asia-Pacific region. The first engine will be inducted in the first half of year 2010 and the overhaul capacity is expected to 150 engines per year upon fully operation.

A) Aero Engine Overhaul Tradesmen

Special Requirement:
● Experienced in disassembly/assembly of gas turbine engines or modules. Familiar with engine manuals, technical publications, documentation and control procedures, Able to read and interpret technical drawings
具备燃气涡轮发动机及其组件的拆卸及组装工作的经验，熟悉发动机维修手册、技术出版物、文件及控制程序，能够阅读及解释技术图纸
Responsibility
？To work either independently or as part of a team to carryout the disassembly, repair and assembly of large fan gas turbine engines and modules

B) Aero Engine Component Repair Tradesmen

Special Requirement:
● Experienced / tradesman in milling, grinding turning, programming of CNC equipment, thermal spray or welding
具备使用打磨机，磨具及CNC设备的编程，热喷涂或焊接的经验
Responsibity
？To carry out repairs to engine components utilising Hand Techniques and machine tools in the form of Mills, Lathes, Grinders, VTL’s, and specialized equipment i.e. Plasma Spray, HP Water jet and Welding equipment etc

● Engine Rigging and Testing experience. Experienced in disassembly/assembly of gas turbine engines. Familiar with engine manuals, technical publications, documentation and control procedures

Responsibity:
？To be part of an aircraft engine test cell team

Special Requirement:
● PCN, NAS level 2 / 3, CAAC etc Approved. Experienced in NDT method, with experience in aviation industry would be preferred

Responsibility:
？To Perform NDT Inspection activities in the form of Fluorescent Dye Penetrant, Magnaflux, Eddy current, Ultrasonic and Radiographic Inspection

Special Requirement:
● With 3 years working experience in aero engine overhaul field or 5 years working experience in a manufacturing or maintenance environment in aviation industry

● Good communication and interpersonal skills

● With experience on process improvement techniques including six sigma and lean would be preferred

I)SAP Process Lead

The SAP Process Lead (SPL) will be responsible for ensuring that the TEXL SAP ERP business solution meets the company’s operational needs and the company’s business activities are well-integrated within the system.

SAP Technical Lead

The SAP Technical Lead (STL) will be responsible for the delivery and support of the IT infrastructure supporting the SAP ERP solution at TEXL.

Reporting to the SAP Project Manager (SPM), the STL will be:

Qualifications and Experience

？Participated in lead roles of at least two SAP implementation projects of which one being a full cycle of implementation from business blueprint to go live support;
